The panel asks me to sign in. Use the same CPS credentials you use on the web platform. Accounts are provisioned by your organization's administrator.
A button is disabled. Hover or look beneath it — the panel explains what is missing (a plan connection, a template selection, or a permission on your role).
"Checked out by …" messages. Another planner holds the document for editing. Ask them to check in, or a team manager can release it from the plan's page on the web platform.
Saving says a newer version exists. Someone saved after you opened the document. Use "Reload from CPS" to get the latest version, then reapply your changes.
